Sweet As Pavlova

A table of Australian Xmas pavlova is as sweet as a group of sisters, family sisters, work sisters, overseas sisters. Best friends as the circle widens of the sisterhood, it's been the warmth and energy from these extended circles.

This year of all years has been endurable with their laughter and wonderful stories.

We've been able to support each other and laugh along the way. Always a pleasure to be able to sit down and have a chat in the warmth with your “sisters”.

Just like a sweet Pavlova you can never have enough, especially Gerri's, she has nailed it.

Who was I kidding, when I thought I’ll just have that one plate of Pav, but I didn't want to put the spoon down because it tasted so good, probably ended up having three plates by the time I had gone back for seconds and thirds.

Crunchy meringue with whipped cream strawberries, passionfruit and banana. The perfect Christmas dessert aussie style, just like the circle of sisters who have gathered around to share these time.
